胃肠间质瘤组织中Ki-67、COX-2、VEGF表达的意义 被引量:3

Study on expressions of Ki-67,COX-2 and VEGF in tissues of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

摘要 目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(Ki-67)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃肠间质瘤(GIST)组织中的表达,并分析其在GIST的作用及相关性。方法采用免疫组化学S-P法对62例GIST患者手术切除组织中的Ki-67、COX-2及VEGF表达情况进行检测,分析三者的表达与GIST临床病理特征的相关性。结果 Ki-67、COX-2及VEGF在GIST组织中的阳性表达率分别为64.52%、61.29%、66.13%,Ki-67、COX-2及VEGF的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位及肿瘤大小等病理特征无关(P>0.05),而不同风险分级条件下三者阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ki-67与VEGF、Ki-67与COX-2、COX-2与VEGF均存在正向相关性(r=0.461、0.452、0.367,P均<0.05)。结论 Ki-67、COX-2及VEGF的表达与风险分级相关,提示Ki-67、COX-2及VEGF可能参与到GIST的发生、发展过程。 Objective To discuss the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(Ki-67),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the tissues of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST),and their correlation with GIST. Methods The expressions of Ki-67,COX-2 and VEGF of sixty-two cases of tissues of patients with GIST treated with operation were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method,and the correlations between the expressions of these three factors and clinical pathological characteristics of patients with GIST were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Ki-67,COX-2 and VEGF in the tissues of patients with GIST were respectively 64.52%,61.29% and66.13%,and the expressions of Ki-67,COX-2 and VEGF had no relationships with the clinical pathological characteristics such as sex,age,tumor location and size(P〉0.05),and the differences in the positive expression rates in the different risk classifications were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The Ki-67 and VEGF,Ki-67 and COX-2,COX-2 and VEGF had positive correlations(r=0.461,0.452,0.367,P〈0.05). Conclusion The expressions of Ki-67,COX-2 and VEGF were correlated with risk classifications,and it was suggested that Ki-67,COX-2 and VEGF could be involved in the occurrence and development of GIST.
