摘要
GDX2硬盒包装机五号轮下部的商标纸横向输送小滑车在运行过程中经常出现小滑车支撑轴承与支撑导轨由于磨损产生间隙,导致油封唇口磨损加剧,轴端盖处有漏油的现象。分析了产生漏油的原因,通过对滑车支撑轴承小轴的改造,消除了导轨与轴承的间隙,有效地延长了小滑车轴与轴套以及端盖油封的使用寿命,消除了漏油引起的设备污染及产品污染,极大地改善了设备的运行环境。
To the problem of oil leakage of trademark paper conveying pulley,the reasons for oil leakage are analyzed,and some countermeasures are proposed. Through the transformation of the bearing shaft of pulley,the gap between guide and bearing is eliminated,and the service life of the oil seal is effectively extended,which greatly improves the operation environment of equipment.
