摘要
介绍了锭脚与轴承座的结构特点,并将其简化为厚壁圆筒模型进行装配过盈量的理论计算。在此基础上通过Solid Works有限元分析得出了过盈配合的应力分布图,并针对轴承座加环槽和不加环槽两种结构对装配结合力的影响进行了有限元对比分析,剖析了轴承座外圆加工环槽的作用,为锭脚轴承座的结构设计和锭脚与轴本座压配过盈量的计算提供了参考。
The structure characteristics of the spindle footstep and bearing were introduced,which was simplified as the thick wall cylinder model for the theoretical calculation of the assembly interference quantity. On this basis,various stress nephograms were obtained by SolidWorks finite element analysis. Moreover aiming at impact of the bearing with ring groove and without ring groove on assembly binding force,the finite element analysis comparison was carried out,and the roles of the ring groove were analyzed. It provides reference for the structure design and interference fit calculation of spindle footstep and bearing.
