摘要
本文以人民银行榆林市中心支行资产负债表历史数据和相关背景资料为支撑,在总结区域清算往来汇差资金基本特征的基础上,重点剖析了其形成与变化的逻辑关系及成因,并从实务角度提出进一步加强清算往来汇差资金监测、分析、管理及其数据挖掘应用的建议,以期对促进地方经济金融互动发展产生正面影响和积极作用。
Based on the historical data of the balance sheet of Yulin municipal sub-branch PBC and the relevant background infor-mation, on the basis of summarizing the basic features of regional clearing funds with exchanges rates, the paper puts the emphasis onthe logical relations and causes of the formation and change. And from the angle of practice, the paper puts forward suggestions onstrengthening the monitoring, analysis and management of the clearing funds with exchanges rate and the application of the data in or-der to place a positive impact on and play an active role in promoting the local economic and financial interaction development.
