摘要
为了探讨水基钻屑固化填埋对周边土壤环境的影响,以西南某页岩气田为例,选取了3处具有代表性的井场,先对水基钻屑固化处置方式和效果进行了评价,然后再对水基钻屑固化填埋池周边土壤进行监测,分析了固化填埋池对周边土壤环境的影响。结果表明,井场的水基钻屑固化填埋池周边土壤重金属的综合污染指数分别是0.45,0.56,0.29,三个井场的水基钻屑固化填埋池周边土壤重金属的综合污染指数均小于0.7,与相关标准相比,说明水基钻屑固化填埋暂时未对周边土壤造成影响,属于清洁水平。短期内水基钻屑的固化填埋效果较好,对周围土壤的环境影响较小。
In order to investigate the effect of water-based drill cuttings on surrounding soil environment,this paper takes Fuling shale gas field as an example,three representative well fields were selected.The curing mode and effect of water-based cuttings were evaluated,and then the soil around the solidified drilling-pot was moni-tored.The influence of the solidified landfill on the surrounding soil environment was analyzed.The comprehensive pollution index of heavy metals in soil around solidified pool were respectively 0.45,0.56 and 0.29,and they were all less than 0.7.Compared with relevant standard,the surrounding soil temporarily was not affected by solidification and landfill.The results show that the solidification and landfill treatments of water-based drill cuttings have good effects and have not make serious impact on surrounding soil environment in a short term.
