摘要
目的观察滋阴润肠法治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服中药,对照组给予福松口服,疗程为2周。评价指标为治疗前后排便次数、大便性状、首次排便时间、蹲厕时间、排便困难症状评分及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前后排便次数、大便性状、排便困难症状评分、蹲厕时间均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组痊愈率、有效率、排便次数、首次排便时间、大便性状、排便困难症状评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴润肠法对功能性便秘临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Ziyin R.unchang on functional constipation. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was treated with Fu Song for 2 weeks. To evaluate the defecation frequency, the first defecation time, stool characteristics, defecation difficulty symptom score, squatting time and clinical efficacy before and after the treatment. Results The symptoms of the defecation frequency, the first defecation time, stool characteristics, defecation diffculty symptom score and squatting time were significantly improved before and after treatment each groups （P〈0.05）. The cure rate, effective rate, defecation frequency, defecation time, stool traits and defecation difficulties were significantly improved in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ziyin Runchang method is effective in the treatment of functional constipation.
