摘要
综合中国已有关于村干部的研究资料,从村干部职务行为、职务犯罪和人才培训三个方面梳理了中国村干部研究进展,以期为中国农村干部队伍建设提供理论参考。
Based on existing domestic studies on village cadres,this study progress was reviewed from the duty behavior, occu- pational crime, and talent training of village cadres, as references for the construction of village cardres in China.
