中药复方-壳聚糖保鲜液对葡萄的保鲜效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 筛选一种对葡萄具有较好保鲜效果的中药复方-壳聚糖保鲜液。结果表明,连翘、大青叶、高良姜对葡萄有较好的保鲜效果;复方提取液中1∶1(m/m)的大青叶-高良姜提取液对葡萄保鲜效果最好;中药复方-壳聚糖保鲜液可使葡萄贮藏10 d后的好果率高于22.86%,失重率低于7.03%;且维生素C、可滴定酸、可溶性固形物维持在较高水平,显著高于壳聚糖单一保鲜液(P<0.05)。中药复方-壳聚糖保鲜液对葡萄具有较好的保鲜效果,具备开发新型果蔬保鲜液的潜质;同时也为其他果蔬的保鲜提供了借鉴。 The grape with good preservation effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound-chitosan preservation solution was filtered. The results showed that,Forsythia,Folium and Galangal had good preservation effect of grape; the preservation effect of grape were best when 1:1 (m/m) of Folium-Galangal were used in Chinese herbal compound solution. The good fruit rate was higher than 22.86% and the weight loss rate was less than 7.03% when Chinese herbal compound-chitosan preservation solution were used to store grape for 10 days, and the levels of VC content, titration acid content and soluble solid content were significantly higher than that of the signal cbitosan preservation solution, which indicated it had the potential to develop a new type of preservative for fruits and vegetables.
