Effect of Different Nutrient Solutions on the Production and Quality of the Watercress in Autumn and Winter

摘要 比较了华南农业大学叶菜配方A、B和Knop、Copper、日本园试5种生产上比较常用的叶菜类营养液配方对秋冬季豆瓣菜(Nasturtium officinale R.Br)产量、品质及功能性成分的影响。结果表明,华南农业大学叶菜配方A、B和日本园试处理的豆瓣菜叶绿素SPAD值和产量最高;华南农业大学叶菜配方A、B处理的豆瓣菜可溶性糖、黄酮、总酚以及DPPH自由基清除率最好,均明显高于其他配方,硝酸盐含量以华南农业大学叶菜配方A、B最低。 The effects of South China Agricultural University (SCAU) formula A and B, Knop, Copper and Japanese Garden formula (JY), five leafy nutrient solution formulas commonly were compared in production on the watercress(Nasturtium offic- inale R. Br) production, quality and functional ingredientse in autumn and winter. The results showed that watercress grown in SCAU formula A and B and JY formula showed highest chlorophyll SPAD and yield. The watercress treated with SCAU formula A and B showed the best soluble sugar, flavonoids, total phenol and DPPH radical scavenging rate, which were sig- nificantly higher than other nutrient solutions, furthermore, the nitrate contents of SCAU formula A and B were minimum.
