摘要
目的探讨自然周期法和人工激素替代法对胚胎解冻移植结局的影响。方法收集2014年1月-2015年12月在唐山市妇幼保健院生殖遗传科行胚胎解冻移植的359周期临床资料进行历史性队列研究,按照不同内膜准备方案,将其分为自然周期组(169周期)和人工周期组(190周期),比较不同内膜准备方案妊娠结局差异。结果两组患者年龄、体重指数(BMI)、不孕年限、移植胚胎数及移植优胚数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),自然周期组平均内膜厚度、种植率及妊娠率分别为(11.52±2.14)mm、18.1%、33.1%,人工周期组平均内膜厚度、种植率及妊娠率分别为(9.98±1.50)mm、26.3%、49.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但同一方案不同内膜厚度未对解冻结局造成影响(P>0.05)。结论人工激素替代法行胚胎解冻移植的种植率及妊娠率均高于自然周期法。
Objective To explore the effects of natural cycle method and hormone replacement method on the outcomes of frozen thawed embryo transfer. Methods The clinical data of 359 frozen thawed embryo transfer cycles was collected from Department of Repro- duction and Genetics in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2014 to December 2015, then a cohort study was performed. According to different endometrial preparation methods, the cycles were divided into natural cycle group (169 cycles) and artifi- cial cycle group ( 190 cycles) . The pregnancy outcomes of different endometrial preparation methods were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in age, body mass index (BMI), duration of infertility, the numbers of transfer embryo and high-quality embryos between the two groups ( P〉0. 05 ) . The average endometrial thickness, implantation rate, and clinical pregnancy rate in natural cycle group were (11.52+2. 14) mm, 18.1%, and 33. 1% , respectively; the average endometrial thickness, implantation rate, and clini- cal pregnancy rate in artificial cycle group were (9. 98±1.50) mm, 26. 3% , and 49. 5% , respectively, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P〈0. 05 ) . In the same group, different endometrial thicknesses had no effect on pregnancy outcome af- ter frozen thawed embryo transfer (P〉0. 05 ) . Conclusion The implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of hormone replacement meth- od for frozen thawed embryo transfer are higher than those of artificial cycle method.
