摘要
目的探讨综合气道护理在大面积烧伤患者全麻术后复苏期气道管理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年9月我院收治的45例大面积烧伤患者为观察组,在全麻术后复苏期实施综合气道护理。选取2013年1月~2014年12月收治的43例大面积烧伤患者为对照组,在全麻术后复苏期实施常规护理。比较两组呼吸道并发症、躁动发生率、复苏室滞留时间以及护理满意度的差异。结果观察组呼吸道并发症发生率低于对照组,躁动发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复苏室滞留时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合气道护理能够减少大面积烧伤患者术后呼吸道并发症和躁动的发生,加速患者复苏,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive airway nursing on the recovery opatients with large area burn during the recovery period after general anesthesia. Methods 45 cases of large area burn patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The comprehensive airway nursing was implemented during the recovery period after general anesthesia. From January 2013 to December 2014, 43 patients with large area burn were selected as study subjects. Routine nursing was carried out during the recovery period after general an- esthesia, and the control group was established as the control group. Compared the respiratory tract complications, inci- dence of agitation, recovery time and nursing satisfaction. Results The incidence of respiratory complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the incidence of agitation was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The retention time in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive airway nursing can reduce the incidence of respiratory tract complications and agitation in patients with large area burn after operation, accelerate the recovery of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction.
