摘要
目的观察加味沙参麦冬汤联合眼针治疗干眼症临床疗效。方法分析2015年2月-2016年2月治疗的78例干眼症患者临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例患者,对照组患者采用人工泪液治疗,观察组患者采用加味沙参麦冬汤联合眼针治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床治疗疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(Schirmer试验)、荧光素染色评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床采用加味沙参麦冬汤联合眼针治疗干眼症效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,对临床治疗干眼症有重要的指导意义。
Objective To observe the flavored needle straight ladybell dwarf lilyturf soup combined with clinical curative effect of treatment of dry eyes. Methods Retrospective analysis in February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital during the period of treatment of the clinical data of 78 patients with dry eyes, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 39 patients in each group, control group were treated by artificial tears treatment, the observation group were treated by flavored straight ladybell dwarf lilyturf soup combined with needle therapy, observe two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group of patients is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Observation group of patients with clinical symptom scores significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） ; Observation group of patients after treatment time （BUT） it appears burst, tear secretion test （Schirmer test） and fluorescein staining scores was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The clinical using flavored needle straight ladybell dwarf lilyturf soup combined with treatment of dry eyes effect is exact, which can effectively improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, the clinical treatment of dry eyes have important guiding significance.
