摘要
社会救援组织作为政府应急救援的补充力量,近年凭借组织自身灵活性、接近灾民等特有优势,以及政府运用制度管理手段营造的宽松的政策、法律和社会环境的影响,在国内外救援活动中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文对社会救援组织的参与机制优势进行具体分析,有利于提高对社会救援组织参与救援过程的理性认识,对于引导社会救援力量健康发展,具有重要意义。
In recent years,social relief organizations as a supplement of emergency rescue force play a more and more important role with its peculiar advantages such as flexibility,close to the victims,and the influence of the comfortable environment policy in the rescue activities at home and abroad. Social relief organizations have become a significant social public power that we could never bypass. This paper analyses of the advantages of social relief organization participation mechanism to improve the rational understanding of the organization＇s rescue process. It＇s also of great significance to guide the healthy development of social relief forces to play a positive impact.
