摘要
近年来,我国耕地质量在占补平衡中潜行,质量有增无减,逐步成为国家粮食安全战略能否落实的重要基点。为此,本文从耕地提质改造的现实需求出发,立足现阶段耕地占补平衡中的求"质"难点,在分析厘清"求质"痛点的过程中提出有效改进路径。
In recent years,the quality of cultivated land in China sneaks in the balance and the quality is increase without increasing,which has gradually become an important point for the implementation of national food security strategy. Based on the realistic demand of cultivated land quality improvement,this paper puts forward the effective improvement path in the process of analyzing the ＂quality＂ pain point in the balance of cultivated land occupation balance.
