防气窜固井水泥浆体系的研究

摘要 固井后环空气窜是影响油田开发效果的重要因素。本文对目前的丁苯胶乳防窜水泥浆体系和纤维防窜水泥浆体系的防窜机理进行了分析和研究。在此基础上进行了防气窜水泥浆室内研究,对缓凝剂和抗高温材料进行试验和评价,优选出了微膨增韧胶乳防气窜水泥浆配方,满足固井水水泥浆防气窜的性能要求。 The air channeling after cementing is an important factor influencing the oilfield development effect. In this paper, the anti-channeling mechanisms of the polybutadiene latex anti-channeling mud slurry system and the fiber anti-channeling mud slurry system were analyzed and studied. On this basis, indoor research on the anti-gas channeling mud slurry system was carried out. The retarder and anti-high temperature materials were tested and evaluated, and suitable anti-gas channeling mud slurry formula was screened out.
