摘要
目的探索构建一个便捷、高效的国家药品评价抽验药品标准数据库。方法从现阶段国家药品评价抽验工作中药品标准存在的问题入手,通过文献研究并结合工作实际,探索构建国家药品评价抽验药品标准数据库的可行性。结果在国家药品评价抽验系统中开发药品标准数据库,在全系统实现药品标准的有效共享,具有可行性。讨论通过规划数据库的内容和功能,并在安全性方面予以保障,可实现药品标准数据库的初步构建。
Objective To establish a user-friendly and efficient national standard database for drug sampling.Methods Focusing on the current problems with drug evaluation and random inspection in China,literature review and practical work experience were combined to explore the feasibility of building a nationalstandard database for drug random inspection.Results It was feasible to build a standard drug database which can be widely and effectively shared throughout the regulatory systems of drugs.Conclusion By prudently designing the content and function of the database with high data security,a national drug sampling standard database can be established on a trial basis.
