摘要
对牛骨骨粉内部构造进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、能谱仪(energy disperse spectroscopy,EDS)、差示扫描量热法(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)、热重分析(thermal gravity analysis,TGA)检测分析牛骨成分、晶型、所含元素等性质。结果显示,牛骨骨粉中羟基磷灰石的钙、磷原子分数比值为1.53,其晶型与标准卡片(JCPDS 09-0432)符合较好,牛骨胶原为I型胶原,热收缩温度在90℃左右,牛骨骨粉所含易挥发物质及有机物质总量约为50.39%,牛骨骨粉中胶原蛋白与羟基磷灰石之间存在较强的氢键作用。通过对牛骨骨粉成分进行仪器分析,不仅可以为畜骨提供基础实验数据,还可以为从牛骨骨粉中提取天然羟基磷灰石实验奠定基础。
The methods of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) , differential scanning calo-rimetry (DSC), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) have been used to analyze the chemical component, crystalline and chemical elements of the bovine bone. The Ca/P of hydroxyapatite in bovine bone is 1. 53 and the crystalline is compliant with the standard (JCPDS 09-0432). The shrinkage temperature of collagen type I in bovine bone is 90℃ , which is higher than standard collagen type I. The total percentage composition of volatiles and organic matter is 50. 39%. The analysis of bovine bone not only can supplement the laboratory data but also provides the foundation for the abstraction of hydroxyapatite from bovine bone.
