摘要
防御素是具有抗菌活性的肽类物质,可参与机体多种免疫应答,具有较广的抗菌谱,对多种病原微生物,如:细菌、病毒、真菌等具有杀灭作用,还具有抗肿瘤活性。防御素也是消化系统重要的免疫分子,对调节机体胃肠道菌群微环境及炎症反应具有重要作用。本文就防御素与机体胃肠道疾病的相关性综述如下。
Defensins are a class of biologically active peptides, ＂which have natural antibacterial activities. They are widely pres-ent in vivo and are non-specific immunity in the body, can regulate the immune with a broader antibacterial spectrum, and kill patho-genic micro-organisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and others. In addition, they also have anti-tumor activities. Defensins also are important members of digestive innate immune molecules, and have the role in the regulation of gastrointestinal bacteria and inflam-mation . This article will review defensins and their relations with the gastrointestinal diseases.
