摘要 目的:评价ORIF的临床疗效,总结影响术后膝关节功能康复的相关因素。方法:探讨150例实施切开复位内固定术患者的疗效,对相关指标进行Logistic回归分析。结果:Rasmussen胫评分提示ORIF的疗效可靠;年龄、糖尿病、初始平台塌陷深度、术中感染等因素是影响术后膝关节功能康复的关键因素。结论:ORIF是治疗胫骨平台骨折的有效方法,重视相关因素有助于改善预后质量。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ORIF and summarize the related factors affecting the recovery of knee function after operation.Methods:150 cases of patients with open reduction and internal fixation were studied,and the related indexes were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results:The Rasmussen tibial score indicated that ORIF was reliable,and the factors such as age,diabetes,the depth of the initial platform collapse,and intraoperative infection were die key factors affecting the recovery of knee function after surgery.Conclusion:ORIF is an effective method for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.
