摘要
目的:观察分析腹腔镜治疗胃间质瘤的手术方式以及疗效。方法:94例胃间质瘤患者入组试验,均行切除手术,随机均分为开腹组和腹腔镜组,各47例,对两组患者手术情况予以观察和比较。结果:和开腹组比较,腹腔镜组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后通气时间和术后住院时间均比较优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以腹腔镜切除手术治疗胃间质瘤,安全性高,效果显著,临床可行性强,具有创伤小、恢复快等优势。
Objective： To observe and analyze the operation methods and curative effect of lapartumors. Methods： 94 cases of gastric stromal tumor patients into the group, all patients underwent resection, randomly divided into laparotomy group and laparoscopic group,each of 47 cases, the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results ： Compared with the open group, the operation time, the amount of bleeding, the duration of ventilation and the length of stay of the patients in the laparoscopic group were better than that of the patients in the laparoscopic group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumors, high safety,the effect is significant,clinical feasibility is strong,has the advantages of small trauma,quick recovery.
