摘要
概述了国内外镀锌层无铬钝化技术研究现状,分析了有机、无机、有机/无机复合无铬钝化技术的研究进展。同时,展望了无铬钝化技术的发展前景,指出单一的无机钝化和有机钝化对镀锌板的防护性能不佳,而无机盐/有机硅烷、有机酸复合无铬钝化其耐蚀性能接近铬酸盐钝化的效果,并且对环境无污染,将是未来无铬钝化研究发展的主要方向。
This paper summarize the research status of chrome-free passivation technology of galvanized coating at home and abroad, and also talk about the development of organic, inorganic, organic-inorganic composite chrome-free passivation technology is analyzed. At the same time,the development prospect of chrome-free passivation technology is prospected, and the inorganic passivation and organic passivation are considered to be unsatisfactory to the galvanized sheet. The inorganic salts/organosilane corrosion resist-ance of organic acid composite chromium-free passivation is close to the effect of chromate passivation, and have no pollution to the environment, which will be the main direction of the future development of chromium-free passivation.
