摘要
研究了反应温度、时间、乙醇钙/乙醇摩尔比、保护气体对乙醇钙催化乙醇缩合反应体系的影响,并初步探索乙醇钙在其他醇缩合反应体系中的作用。结果表明,乙醇钙催化乙醇缩合反应在8~11 h、280~320℃、乙醇钙/乙醇摩尔比0.1~1.0、N_2保护下反应活性较好。利用乙醇钙催化乙醇缩合制备长链醇的途径是可行的,反应途径符合Guerbet反应。
Calcium ethoxide has no way to large-scale industrial applications. Long chain alcohols is a very important chemical product and raw material. The factors which had an effect on the ethanol condensation,such as reaction time,reaction temperature and molar ratio of calcium ethoxide/alcohol were investigated. The result showed that appropriate reaction conditions were under 8 ~ 11 h,280 ~ 320 ℃,calcium ethoxide/alcohol molar ratio 0. 1 ~ 1. 0. Nitrogen is more appropriate to be used as protective gas. The reaction activity of other alcohols( methanol,n-propanol,n-butanol) condensation catalyzed by calcium ethoxide were studied. It is feasible to use calcium ethoxide catalyze ethanol to long-chain alcohols. The reaction path was in line with Guerbet reaction.
