负载硅聚醚离子液体的制备及催化转化CO_2的应用 被引量:1

摘要 首先制备氯化1-羧基聚醚-3-甲基咪唑离子液体[HOOC-PECH-MIM]Cl,再将其与正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)反应制备负载硅聚醚离子液体催化剂(Si-[HOOC-PECH-MIM]Cl),采用红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和电镜扫描仪对其化学结构、热性能和表观形貌进行测试。然后用其催化转化二氧化碳(CO_2)合成碳酸丙烯酯。研究温度、压力、催化剂用量等因素对转化率和选择性的影响。结果表明,负载硅聚醚离子液体制备成功,实现了相态转变,且具有较高的热稳定性。在较温和条件下即可高效完成催化过程,活性高、选择性好。当催化温度为90℃,压力为1.8 MPa,用量为2.5%时,转化率和选择性分别为100%和97.2%。 The chloride 1-carboxyl polyether-3-methyl imidazole ionic liquid [HOOC-PECH-MIM] Cl was synthesized, and then reacted with the tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) to prepared polyether ionic liquid supported on silica catalyst ( Si-[ HOOC-PECH-MIM ] Cl). The chemical structure of the catalyst was characterized by FTIR,and its thermal property and apparent morphology were determined by TGA and SEM. Then the catalyst was used in catalytic conversion of carbon dioxide (C02) to synthesize propylene carbonate. The effects of temperature, pressure, the dosage of catalyst on conversion rate and selectivity were studied. The results showed that the Si-[ HOOC-PECH-MIM] Cl have been successfully prepared,the phase behavior was changed, and the thermal stability was better. The catalytic process can be completed efficiently under mild conditions, and the catalyst possesses high activity, good selectivity. When tempera-ture 90 ℃, pressure 1.8 MPa and the dosage of catalyst 2. 5% conversion and selectivity were 100% and 97.2% respectively.
