摘要
目前,甲醇是最基本的有机化工原料之一,其用途越来越广泛,甲醇市场具有广阔的前景。工业规模的甲醇一般是以含有氢气、一氧化碳和二氧化碳的合成气为原料,在一定的压力和温度以及催化剂存在的条件下反应制备得到。甲醇工业的发展,很大程度上取决于催化剂的研制成功及其性能改进,目前主要采用金属催化剂,尤其是铜基催化剂。本文对合成气制甲醇中所使用的铜基催化剂进行了综述。
At present, methanol is one of the most basic organic chemical engineering raw materials, the utilization of methanol has been more and more widely, methanol market will have broad prospects. Methanol used in industrial scale is synthesized from syngas, comprise of hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide under certain pressure, temperature and in presence of catalyst. The development of methanol industry, mainly depends on the successfully manufacture of the catalyst and its improvement of performance. The catalyst used methanol synthesis is metal, especially Cu-based catalyst.Cu-based catalyst used in the process of syngas convert to methanol was briefly introduced.
