摘要
目的探讨在新形势下医学本科生加强科研意识和技能培养的重要性以及意义。方法以病理教学为例通过结合本科生日常学习认知实际情况,从教学模式的转变,教师自身素质的提高以及学校政策规范三个内容,强调双语教学在高等教育中的重要性,全面增强医学本科生的科研素养。结果通过教学模式,教师自身素质和学校政策法规的改善,本科生的科研能力和热情均得到了极大地提高。结论医学生从本科开始接触科研,能够使之更好地适应当今医疗环境要求,为日后研究生学习阶段打下良好的基础。
Objective The importance and significance of medical undergraduates under the new situation to strengthen the scientific research consciousness were discussed. Methods The study took the pathology teaching as an example. The general situation of undergraduates ＇ daily learning cognition, the changing of teaching mode, the improvement of teacher own quality and school policies were discussed to emphasize the importance of bilingual teaching in higher education and enhance the scientific literacy of medical undergraduates. Results Through the improvement of teaching mode, teachers own quality and the school policies and regulations, undergraduate scientific research ability and enthusiasm had been greatly improved. Conclusion Earlier contact of the scientific research for undergraduate medical students can make them more adaptable to today ＇s medical environment, and lay a good foundation for graduate studies in the future period.
