摘要
大电导钙离子激活钾通道(BK通道)是一种广泛分布于体内多种细胞上的离子通道,结构复杂,能与多种其他亚基和离子通道相结合形成复合体产生新的功能,兼有电压依赖性和机械刺激依赖性,承担着细胞绝大多数钾离子的运输功能,能够调控多种细胞的生物功能。其在心血管系统中的作用尤其重要,可以调节血管平滑肌和心肌细胞的收缩功能,介导细胞间的信号转导,减弱血管平滑肌细胞的迁移能力,参与慢性病对心血管系统的影响过程,参与高血压及梗死后心肌的重构过程等。BK通道在心血管中的作用十分重要,并且机制复杂,需进行深入的研究与探讨。
Large conductance Ca2+ activated K+ channel( BK channel) is a channel widely distributed in several kinds of cells in mammal animals. It has complex structure, can combine with other subunits or ion channels to form complexes with new functions, is featured with both voltage dependency and mechanical stimulation dependency, is responsible for most of the potassium ion transport function of cells and can regulates the biological function of a variety of cells. The channel is crucial in cardiovascular system which is reported in many studies. It can regulate contractions of vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle cells, mediate signal conduction between cells, weaken migration ability of vascular smooth muscle cells, join process of chronic diseases action on cardiovascular system, take part in myocardial remodeling process after hyperten- sion and myocardial infarction. BK channel plays an important role in cardiovascular system with complex mechanism which needs to be further studied and discussed.
