摘要
随着我国"一带一路"战略的发展,对外开放格局的不断升级,近年来,云南经济发展迎来了良好的契机。中缅边境地区生态环境条件优渥,但是在经济发展的同时,由于边境生态环境法律的缺失和不足、执法面临困难等原因,中缅边境的生态环境遭到了一定程度的破坏。面对出现的问题,需要通过完善两国立法,建立中缅边境生态环境保护合作机制,提升中缅边境地区环境执法能力等措施,解决该地区的环境问题,保护该地区生态环境。
With the development of the ＂One Belt, One Road＂ strategy, China＇ s pattern of opening to the outside world is es- calating. Against this background, it brings a good opportunity for the economic development of Yunnan Province. The ecological environment and conditions in the Sino - Burmese border area are relatively good, but are suffering damage due to deficiency of the legal system of ecological environment and barriers and difficulties in law enforcement. Faced with this situation, China and Burma should manage to solve these environmental problems and protect the ecological environment in this area through coordina- ted measures, including improving the relevant legislation, establishing environmental protection cooperation mechanism, and en- hancing the ability of environmental law enforcement in this area.
