摘要
通过调研省内各生产单位变压器运行情况,综合考虑变压器额定容量、电压组合、冷却方式、空载损耗、负载损耗和运行环境等因素,对某220k V变电站2号主变压器进行了空载条件下油温测试。通过改变变压器在空载运行条件下散热器蝶阀开启数量,对不同工况下变压器油温进行测试,为变压器余热利用研究提供辅助依据。
Through investigating the operation of all production units' transformers across the province of Heilongjiang and taking a comprehensive consideration to the factors of transformer including rated capacity, voltage combination, cooling options, no -load loss, load loss and operation environment, oil temperature test is carried out on No. 2 main transformer of a 220kV substation under no - load conditions. By changing the number of radiator' s butterfly valves opened under the condition of no - load operation in the transformer, oil temperature tests are carried out under different working conditions, which provides the auxiliary basis for the study and use on transformer' s waste heat.
