响应面法优化嗜酸乳杆菌发酵棉粕工艺条件 被引量:4

Optimization for cottonseed meal fermentation by Lactobacillus acidophilus by using response surface method

摘要 为了筛选嗜酸乳杆菌固体发酵棉粕的最佳产酸发酵条件,试验采用单因素试验,根据响应面的基本原理,以发酵饲料中乳酸含量为优化指标,利用Design Expert软件对发酵条件(接种量、发酵、温度和时间)进行优化。结果表明:理论最佳发酵条件是接种量为5.96 m L,发酵温度为36.99℃,发酵时间为48.26 h;此条件下发酵产物中乳酸含量预测可达7.57%,实际含量为7.50%。 To optimize the fermentation conditions for lactic acid production of Lactobacillus acidophilus, one - factor - at - a - time designs and response surface method were introduced to the current study. The one - factor - at - a - time designs indicated that incoculum amount, temper- ature and fermented time exhibited a significant influence on cottonseed meal fermentation, respectively. Furthermore, the fermentation conditions for lactic acid production in the fermented feed was optimized by the expert design software according to the basic principle of the response surface method. Results revealed that theoreticaUy, the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: incoculum amount 5.96 mL, fermentation temperature 36.99℃ and fermented time 48.26 h ; the maximum lactic acid production under the optimized conditions was 7.50% instead of 7.57% theoretically.
