摘要
国外社会体育管理体制研究是促进我国体育事业改革和社会体育不断发展的必要途径。随着我国经济的高速发展,社会体育事业的发展水平仍有待进一步提高。文章简要梳理了日本社会体育的发展概况,归纳了日本社会体育发展的核心特征。当前日本社会体育领域的突出问题主要表现为社会体育政策上的缺陷、社会体育管理体制上的不足、社会体育指导员制度上的问题,以及社会体育民间组织面临的困境。在此基础上,应从构建终生社会体育体系、加大社会体育政策支持力度、健全社会体育法律法规体系、大力培育社会体育指导员等方面,来完善我国的社会体育发展路径。
The study of social sports management systems of other countries is necessary to promoting the reform of sports and the continuous development of social sports in China. With the rapid development of China＇s economy, social sports de- velopment needs to be raised to a new level. This article briefly reviews the development of social sports in Japan and sum- marizes the core characteristics. Currently, the prominent problems in the field of social sports in Japan include defects in policies,deficiencies in the management system and instructor system, and difficulties facing non-governmental organiza- tions. On this basis, we should construct a lifelong social sports system, increase policy support, perfect relevant laws and regulation systems, and strengthen the cultivation of instructors.
