再次单向活瓣肺减容后对侧肺铜绿假单胞菌肺炎一例
摘要
患者男性，75岁。2015年1月26日入院。患者反复咳嗽、咳痰已20余年，活动气促6年，曾在我市及香港多家医院反复住院，均诊断为“慢性阻塞性肺病”。年住院4～5次。2013年5月在香港养和医院行支气管镜下左下肺单向活瓣支架（emphasys endobronchial valve，EBV）置入肺减容术，植入EBV2枚。6周后咳出1枚。
