大气PM_(2.5)中12种元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定法 被引量:6

摘要 目的将酸超声法与电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)相结合,建立大气PM2.5中汞(Hg)、铍(Be)、铝(Al)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、镉(Cd)、锑(Sb)、铊(Tl)、铅(Pb)12种元素的测定方法。方法将所采集的大气PM2.5滤膜样品,分别用含0.1%L-半胱氨酸的5%硝酸溶液提取汞元素,用5%硝酸溶液提取其他11种元素,取两种滤液进行ICP-MS法测定。结果 Hg元素在0.012.0μg/L、其他11种元素在0.1200μg/L范围内线性良好(r〉0.999);分别连续测定低、中、高浓度的12种元素标准使用溶液,各元素相对标准偏差〈15%,加样回收率均为84%110%。结论该方法在ICP-MS测定汞元素时平行添加L-半胱氨酸,使各元素测定结果准确、可靠,操作快速、方便,适用于大气PM2.5中12种元素的同时测定。 Objective A new method based on ICP-MS coupled with nitric acid-ultrasonic wave was established to determine12 kinds of trace elements such as Be and Cr in particulate matter(PM2.5). Methods The air particulate matter samples were treated with ultrasonic extract using 5% nitric acid solution contained 0.1% L-cysteine or 5% nitric acid solution in order to ensure that all the elements could be extracted. Inductively coupled plasma with mass spectrometric detection(ICP-MS) was used to determine concentrations of the 12 elements mentioned above, and the method precision, recovery and detection limits were also verified. Results The calibration curves of Hg and the others were linear with the range of 0.01-2.0 μg/L and 0.1-200 μg/L respectively. The RSDs of these elements were lower than 15%. Average recoveries of all elements were between84%-110%. Conclusion This new method is applicable to determine 12 kinds of elements in PM2.5samples with good accuracy and precision, especially in determination of mercury(Hg).
