经皮穿刺心室腔内注射术的研究进展

摘要 经皮穿刺心室腔内注射术,在临床抢救病人或人体解剖学专业灌注尸体常用。不宜损伤胸廓内血管、胸膜、肺及左冠状动脉前降支。心前区注射点在左侧第4或第5肋间间隙,距胸骨左缘旁开0.5-1.0cm处沿肋骨上缘刺入左心室腔。剑突下区点位于剑突左侧肋弓下1.0cm处,针尖朝心底方向,穿刺针与腹前壁成45℃角,刺入左或右心室腔内。本文就经皮穿刺心室腔内注射术的进展作一综述。 It commonly used in clinical rescue patients or human anatomy filling body that is the Injection technique of puncturing way via percutaneous ventricular cavity.It should not damage the internal thoracic vessels,pleura,lung and LAD.Injection points in the fourth and fifth rib spaces on the left.From the left border of sternum 0.5-1.0cm,along the upper edge of the rib,punctures the left ventricle.The xiphoid area is located in the left costal arch is 1cm.Tip to the bottom of my heart,the puncture needle and the anterior wall of the abdominal wall are 45 degree angle,to penetrate into the left or right ventricle.This review article will update previous findings by discussing the Injection technique of puncturing way via percutaneous ventricular cavity.
