摘要
目的探讨非创伤性修复技术治疗乳牙龋病的方法和疗效。方法选择2014年5月-2015年8月本院接诊的100例乳牙龋病患者,将这些患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者选择常规备洞及银汞合金填充法进行治疗,观察组患者选择非创伤性修复技术进行治疗,对比两种治疗方法的疗效。结果对照组50例患者,成功修复龋齿的患者39例,成功率为78%;观察组50例患者,成功修复龋齿的患者46例,成功率为92%。观察组患者的修复率明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非创伤性修复技术治疗乳牙龋齿的疗效显著高于备洞及银汞合金填充法,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of atraumatic repair technique in the treat- ment of deciduous teeth caries. Methods From May 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital, 100 cases of deciduous teeth caries were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional preparation and amalgam filling, while the patients in the observation group were treated with noninvasive repair technique. The therapeutic effects of the two treatments were compared. Results In the control group of 50 cases, 39 patients with successful repair of dental caries, the success rate was 78%; while in observation group of 50 cases, 46 patients with successful repair of dental caries, the success rate was 92%. The recovery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of atraumatic repair technique in the treatment of deciduous teeth caries was significantly higher than that in the preparation of the cavity and amalgam filling method, which is worthy of clinical application.
