摘要
设计并制造了一种新型锤片式饲料粉碎机,运用三维建模软件UG及计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对新型锤片式饲料粉碎机粉碎室内的气流场进行三维仿真研究,得到了在3种不同转速下粉碎室内气流场的负压和速度的分布规律。该研究结果可为粉碎机流场研究及结构的改进设计提供一定理论依据。
This subject is about study the 3-dimensional simulation of gas flow field in crash cavity, the center region of hammer mill. In the process of simulation, the crash cavity of grinder is taken for research object. The 3-dimenti0nal model is built in UG and meshed in Gambit. The meshed file is imported into FLUENT to do analysis and the characteris- tic distribution of negative pressure and motion. Characteristics of air pressure and motion in the smashing region of new -type hammer mill are the major research contents in this subject. And the research of flow field of the center region builds the theory foundation for further optimal designing and improving the sieving efficiency of this new-type hammer mill.
