摘要
现在国家大力倡导的新型城镇化,实质上是一场深刻的生产方式变革,而生产方式的变革又必将带来思想的革命。高校历来是新思想的发源地和试验场,民办高校也不例外。在新型城镇化背景下,民办高校的育人理念也必须进行相应的调整,不仅要注重教育质量和品牌建设,更要关注自身的思想解放和人文建设,培养具有科学、民主、公平和自由等精神理念且面向未来的新型人才。这不仅是新型城镇化建设的需要,也是民办高校转型发展的需要。
The vigorous advocate of new urbanization is essentially a profound change in the mode of production , and the mode of production change will inevitably bring the revolution of thoughts .Universities have always been the birthplace of new ideas and test sites, with no exception for non-governmental institutions of higher learning .Under this background , the education idea of non-governmental institutions of higher learning must also adapt to the adjustment , paying attentions not only to their education quality and brand construction , but also to their own ideological liberation and cultural construction , and the cultivation of future new talents with the spirit of philosophy of science , democracy , equality and freedom .This is the need of not only new urbaniza-tion, but also the transformation and development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning .
