摘要
目的 观察低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌的临床效果,为临床治疗早期声门型喉癌提供参考.方法 选取2012年4月至2015年5月54例早期声门型喉癌患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组（n=34）和对照组（n=20）,观察组采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗,对照组采用喉部分切开术治疗,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率、术后1年复发率.结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组并发症发生率为2.94%（1/34）,对照组为25.00%（5/20）,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异未见统计学意义（χ^2=4.172,P〉0.05）;观察组复发率为8.82%（3/34）,对照组为5.00%（1/20）,两组复发率比较差异未见统计学意义（χ^2=0.000,P〉0.05）.结论 低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌可缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少术中出血量,安全性较高,值得推广应用.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on early stage of laryngeal carcinoma, to improve the clinical treatment of early laryngeal cancer.Methods Fifty-four patients with early stage of laryngeal cancer from April 2012 to May 2015 were divided into observation group （n=34） and control group （n=20） according to different treatment.The observation group was treated by low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment, the control group was treated by partial incision of the throat.The operation time, blood loss, length of stay, incidence of complications and recurrence rate of 1 year after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, blood loss and length of stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The complication rate was 2.94% （1/34） in observation group, and 25.00% （5/20） in control group, the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant （χ^2=4.172, P〉0.05）.The recurrence rate was 8.82% （3/34） in the observation group and 5.00% （1/20） in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups （χ^2=0.000, P〉0.05）.Conclusions Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of early stage of laryngeal carcinoma can shorten the operation time and length of stay, reduce the amount of bleeding, high safety, it is worth popularizing.
