军工企业主导的供应链激励机制协调研究

摘要 为提高军事供应链成员的积极性和消除"双边际效应",使其达到合作和协调。依据供货能力水平,在链中成员之间设计了收益共享与剩余产品回收、缺货产品损失风险共担相结合的激励机制,可有效的解决供需不平衡问题。前者适用于军工企业的供货能力较大而供应部门的订购需求较小,这样可充分激发供应部门的积极性来提高订购量;后者适用于军工企业的供货能力较小而供应部门的订购需求较大,这样可激励军工企业扩大提高自己的供货能力。通过分析比较,双方收益均能有所提高。 In order to improve the military supply chain members enthusiasm and eliminate the "double marginal effect" to make it can achieve cooperation and coordination,the incentive mechanism of the revenue-sharing combined with the residual product recovery and out of stock loss risk sharing between the chain members is designed by the supply ability level which can effectively solve the imbalance between supply and demand.The former is applied to the military enterprise supply capacity larger and the supply department order demand smaller,which can fully arouse the supply department enthusiasm to increase the order quantity.The latter is used in the military enterprises supply capacity smaller and the supply department order greater demand,so as to encourage the military enterprises to improve their supply ability.By the analysis and comparison,both gains can be improved.
