摘要
采用贵金属催化剂进行防老剂4020的合成研究,对温度、压力、配比等工艺技控点进行优化,优化后转化率达到99.9%,选择性大于99.5%。该工艺具有反应温度低,压力小,4020选择性高的优点。通过多批次实验验证,催化剂活性稳定。
In this paper, the synthesis of inhibit ive substance 4020 by the noble metal catalyst was studied, such as tempera-ture, pressure, ratio of process control point were optimized, the conversion rate was 99. 9%, selectivity was more than 99. 5%. The process had the advantages of low reaction temperature, the smaller pressure, high selectivity. Ver if icat ion of bat- chesexperiments,the catalyst have stabi l ityactivivity.
