激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效研究

摘要 目的探讨激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法选取该科2015年10月—2016年10月收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者162例,随机分为2组各81例(118眼),观察组采用激光治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,比较疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91.3%,不良反应发生率为3.7%,明显优于对照组总有效率71.6%、不良反应发生率12.3%(P<0.05)。结论激光治疗可稳定和提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者的视力,改善病情,是治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的有效方法,值得应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 162 cases of diabetic retinopathy treated in our department from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected, They were randomly divided into 2 groups, each with 81 cases, The control group was treated with drugs, Comparative efficacy. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.3%, The incidence of adverse reaction was 3.7%, The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group 71.6%, The incidence of adverse reaction was 12.3% ( P〈0.05).Conclusion: Laser therapy can stabilize and improve visual acuity in patients with diabetic retinopathy, Improve condition, It is an effective method to treat diabetic retinopathy, Worth application.
