摘要
目的探讨激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法选取该科2015年10月—2016年10月收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者162例,随机分为2组各81例(118眼),观察组采用激光治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,比较疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91.3%,不良反应发生率为3.7%,明显优于对照组总有效率71.6%、不良反应发生率12.3%(P<0.05)。结论激光治疗可稳定和提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者的视力,改善病情,是治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的有效方法,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
