实行"首件工程认可制"着眼于以工序施工质量保分项工程质量,以分项工程质量保分部工程质量,以分部工程质量保单位工程质量,以单位工程质量保项目工程质量。钢桁梁首件制作过程的监理,立足于见证工艺要求的落实和完善,核实构件尺寸与施工图的符合性,确认工序半品及成品精度满足相关要求,对首制件进行质量评价。本文介绍了驻厂监理组对清水河大桥钢桁梁首件工程实施的监理。
Project carries out the ＂Initial Workpiece Project Approval System＂, which is aimed at guaranteeing subentry engineering quality by the process construction quality, guaranteeing subproject engineering quality by the subentry engineering quality, guaranteeing the unit engineering quality by the subproject engineering quality, and guaranteeing the project engineering quality by the unit engineering quality. The steel truss beam initial workpiece production process supervision shall, based on witnessing implementation and improvement of the technical requirements, verify the conformity of component size and construction drawing, confirm the process semi-finished products and finished products precision meet the relevant requirements, and make the quality evaluation of the initial workpiece. This paper introduces the supervision executed by the mill supervision group on Qingshui River Bridge steel truss beam initial workpiece project.
