钢框架梁盖板加强型节点断裂特征研究 被引量:2

摘要 依据金属疲劳和延性开裂理论,采用ANSYS有限元软件,对盖板加强型节点梁柱翼缘对接焊缝在低周往复荷载作用下的裂纹发展过程进行了模拟和预测,并设置普通节点模型作对比。结果表明,普通节点裂纹迅速发展且穿透梁翼缘,盖板加强型节点裂纹尺寸较小,发展缓慢,从而定量得出该新型节点可有效地实现塑性铰外移,并降低焊缝处发生宏观开裂现象的结论,同时对裂纹发展缓慢的原因进行了分析。 Based on the theory of metal fatigue and ductile fracture,the paper predicted the crack development process of the cover-plate reinforced joint butt weld under low cyclic loading,and established an ordinary join model for comparison by using the finite element software ANSYS.The results showed that the cracks of the ordinary joint developed rapidly even through the beam flange,the cracks of the cover-plate reinforced joint had the characteristics of small size and slow development,so it could be quantitatively concluded that the new joint realized the plastic hinge movement,and reduced the possibility of macro cracking at the weld.The reasons for the slow development of the cracks were also analyzed.
