摘要
在系统梳理感知价值相关研究成果的基础上,从信息服务领域的特性出发,分析用户感知价值研究中所涉及的基本问题,消除其界定上的模糊性,识别构成用户感知价值的驱动因素,旨在为预测信息用户需求和行为方式、持续提高用户满意度、实现用户需求为导向的信息服务目标提供理论及方法支持。
Based on commarizing the related research results of the perceived value, starting from the characteristics of information service field, the paper analyzes the basic issues involved in the study of the users' perceived value, tries to eliminate the vagueness of the definition, and identifies the driving factors of the users' perceived value. The aim is to provide the theory and method support for the prediction of the users' needs and behavior patterns, the continuous improvement of the users' satisfaction and the realization of the user-oriented information service objectives.
