摘要
液压传动系统的稳定性与施工进度存在密切的联系,液压传动系统经常发生各种故障,为降低该系统对施工的负面影响,需要切实加强故障分析,并及时进行有效维修。对工程机械液压传动系统的故障进行了探讨,指出分析判断方法、故障处理方法,对维修人员的检查工作具有一定的理论指导作用,促进施工操作的顺利进行。
The stability of hydraulic transmission system is closely related to the progress of construction.In order to reduce the negative influence of the system, the fault analysis should be strengthened and the maintenance should be carried out in time.In this paper, the failure of hydraulic transmission system of engineering machinery is discussed, and the methods of analysis and judgment and the method of fault treatment are pointed out, which can guide the inspection of maintenance personnel and promote the construction operation smoothly.
