摘要
观测了北京市西单附近大气菌粒含量的变化。调查表明,空气中的菌粒,细菌多于真菌,白昼多于夜晚,并以夏季污染为最严重。菌粒的多少与所测气象因素呈相关关系。
The bacterial and fungal particle concentration of air in densely populated Xidan area of Beijing was investigated with agar plate precipitation method. The results indicated that the average annual values of bacterial and fungal particle contents in air were 11 736 cfu/m^3 and 1723 cfu/m^3 respectively. The values varied with different seasons with the highest value in summer and were different at different times of a day with the peak at 7:00~19:00 and the valley mostly at 13:00 and 1:00~4:00. The bacterial particle content in air was higher during daytime than that at night, while the fungal particle content showed little difference between day and night. The bacterial and fungal particle contents of air showed marked positive correlation with wind speed and marked negative correlation with solar radiation intensity during daytime and with relative humidity at night.
