摘要
目的:探讨枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒与茵栀黄颗粒联合治疗轻、中度新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年6月—2016年6月轻、中度新生儿黄疸患儿156例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组78例。对照组患儿口服茵栀黄颗粒,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加服枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒。比较两组患儿治疗前后血清胆红素水平变化、治疗起效时间、黄疸消退时间及临床疗效,观察两组患儿治疗过程中发生的不良反应。结果:治疗前,两组患儿血清胆红素水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3 d后,观察组患儿血清胆红素水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗5 d后,观察组患儿胆红素水平显著低于对照组,差异有极显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患儿治疗起效时间和黄疸消退时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学(P<0.05);观察组患儿康复率、总有效率分别为78.21%(61/78)、97.44%(76/78),均显著高于对照组的62.82%(49/78)、87.18%(68/78),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未出现明显不良反应。结论:枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒与茵栀黄颗粒联合治疗轻、中度新生儿黄疸,能加强治疗效果,提高总有效率,安全、有效。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Medilac-vita combined with yinzhihuang particles in treatment of mild and moderate neonatal jaundice. METHOD: 156 cases with mild or moderate neonatal jaundice from Jun. 2015 to Jun. 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group via random number table, with 78 cases each group. The control group was treated with Yinzhihuang particles orally, the observation group was treated with Medilac-vita combined with Yinzhihuang particles. The serum bilirubin level, onset time, jaundice regression time and clinical efficacy of two groups were recorded, and the adverse reactions dur/ng treatment were observed. RESULTS: There was no statistical significance between two groups in serum bilirubin level before treatment(P 〉0. 05), the serum brilirubin level of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group after a 3-day-treatment, with statistically significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). The brilirubin level of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group after a 5-day-treatment, with extremely statistically significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). The onset time and jaundice regression time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group, with statistically significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). Both the recovery rate (78. 21%, 61/78)and total effective rate (97.44%, 76/78)of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (62. 82%, 49/78 ; 87. 18%, 68/78 ), with statistically significant difference (P 〈0. 05). No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. CONCLUSIONS: The combination of Medilac-vita with Yinzhihuang particles can effectively reinforce the therapeutic effect of mild and moderate neonatal jaundice, and improve total effective rate with high security and efficacy.
