摘要
针对单电机多辊压延机制品厚度变化时只加大两辊间距离时出现重合度减小,齿轮有冲击、磨损、噪音的现状,提出了两种改进措施,能有效延长齿轮使用寿命。
Only increased the distance between the two rollers when the thickness of rolled changes, the contact ratio of single motor calender decreased and the gear attrited and noised. In view of this situation, two kinds of improvement measures had been put forward, which can effectively prolong the service life of the gear.
