摘要
为找出开裂原因,对不锈钢钢索开裂压管接头取样进行化学成分、力学性能、断口电镜扫描、金相等检测分析。结果表明,接头成分符合标准要求,变形大部位的力学性能超标,接头材料本身存在脆性组织σ相和碳化物,接头内表面存在加工缺陷。在钢索压制锚固过程中,最大变形面处产生了加工硬化,同时,由于应力的作用,裂纹萌生、扩展;钢索在安装过程中,内应力和预紧拉应力的作用使裂纹进一步扩展并穿透管壁。
In order to find the cracking causes of stainless steel strand swaged fitting, the failed sample were studied by chemical composition inspection, tensile test, metallographie examination and SEM. The results show that the composition of the swaged fitting meets the standard requirements, but the mechanical properties of the deformed parts exceed the standard requirements. The steel strand swaged fitting itself exists brittle sigma phase and carbide, and machining defects on its inner surface. In the process of anchoring, the maximum deformation surface produced work hardening, at the same time, that made erack initiation and propagation due tn the stress. When the steel strand swaged fitting were installed, the crack expanded and penetrates the wall of the tube under the action of internal stress and pre tension stress.
