800 kV GIS设备异常局放信号的检测与探讨

摘要 针对青海电网一起800 kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备运行时出现异常局部放电信号事件,通过特高频法、超声法、SF6气体组分法等多种带电测试手段对异常局放信号进行分析、对比及追踪,判断800 kV GIS设备特高频内置传感器处松动产生电位悬浮,引起异常局放信号,经过一年时间的追踪,该异常信号幅值逐渐降低并最终消失,说明地电位低级量的悬浮电位缺陷,应缩短检测周期,跟踪发展趋势,若无增大趋势,不宜盲目解体处理。 One abnormal PD signal issue occurred during the operation of the 800 kV gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear in the Qinghai power grid. After the analysis, comparison and tracking of the anomalous PD signals via the application of UHF, ultrasonic, SF6 gas component method and other online detection methods, it is estimated that the anomalous PD signals were caused by the suspended potentials which were prompted by the looseness of UHP built -in sensor in 800 kV GIS equipment. After a year of tracking, its abnormal signal amplitude gradually decreased and eventually disappeared, indicating the defection of low-energy suspended potentials of ground potential, which should be coped with more frequent detection cycle, tracking of its development trend. Aimless and unclear disintegration is prohibited without the increasing signal amplitude.
