摘要
以徐州市某村为例,结合统计数据对太阳能秸秆沼气集中供气站供气及居民用气现状进行分析,估算当地秸秆资源量及沼气理论产气量,预测居民用气需求潜力并与2013年实际用气量进行对比分析。结果显示,当地资源产气量大于实际用气量,可满足居民预测沼气需求量。另外,对该供气站进行冬夏两季节实地测试,结果表明:夏季日光温室内温度平均提高10.7℃,冬季平均提高11.0℃,晴天较阴雨天增温效果好,利用造价较低的日光温室为沼气增温保温可保证冬季正常产气。
Taking a village in Xuzhou as an example, the analysis of the gas supply by solar centralized straw methane gas supply station and users' gas consumption situation was carried out combining statistics data, the straw resource and theoretical methane gas yield were estimated, users' gas demand potential was predicted and compared with actual gas consumption in 2013. The results show that local gas yield is larger than actual gas consumption, can meet the users' prediction demand for methane gas. In addition, the test on the spot for gas supply station in summer and winter is carried out, the results show that the temperature in sunlight greenhouse in summer averagely increases 10.7 ℃ and 11.0 ℃ in winter, warming effect in sunny day is better than in cloudy day, the utilization of economical sunlight greenhouse can ensure the biogas fermentation system produce biogas normally in winter.
